Self Treatment
There are three modes of self-treatment:
1. If you had meditated one hours or more, and you would continuously do self-treatment, then do not open eyes, pray in your heart “To Grand Master, please provide Mercy Spirits and intelligence, I, OOO (your name) would like to transfer energy to myself and perform self-treatment. ” and then begin to do self-treatment. After 5-20 minutes self-treatment then open your eyes , your hands clasped together and say “Thank Grand master” and ending meditation.
2. If you had meditated one hours or more before, you would do self-treatment. Sit in the meditation position, open your eyes, hands clasped and pray, ” To Grand Master, please provide Mercy Spirits and intelligence, I, OOO (your name) would like to transfer energy to myself and perform self-treatment. ” and then begin to do self-treatment. After 5-20 minutes self-treatment then open your eyes , your hands clasped together and say “Thank Grand master” and ending meditation. Self-treatment can be done multiple times.
3. Emergency self-treatment such as crashes or falls: In an emergency, you do not have to do anything, just begin to do self-treatment. It is because in an emergency, self-treatment is #1 priority. After self-treatment, you can pay to Grand Master.
How to Self-treatment
- To complete meditation for one hour or more on the day before self-treatment.
- There are four ways to self-treatment:
a. Imagination type – energy from #7, and exit from the big toes of both feet.
b. Touch mode – energy from #7, and guide the energy to the palm of one hand or both hands depending on your hand position, then guide the energy to the point of treatment area and exit from the big toes of both feet.
c. The energy is entered by #7 and exit by fingers of both hands.
d. The energy is entered by #7 and exit by both ears.
- if knee pain, put one hand on your knees, the other hand on meditation position. Do meditation posture, close your eyes, the energy is entered by #7, guide energy from the palm of hand to → Knee Pain → exit from the big toes of both feet.
- if the pain is from the shoulder to the hand, maintain meditation posture, both palms are placed upward on the thigh, the energy is entered by #7, guide energy to the pain point and exit from fingertips of both hands. .
- If the pain is located at area which cannot be reached, maintain meditation posture, both palms are placed upward on the thigh, the energy is entered by #7 then use your imagination to guide the energy to → Pain area → exit from the big toes of both feet.
- if tinnitus or inner ear pain, maintain meditation posture, both palms are placed upward on the thigh, the energy is entered by #7 then use your imagination to guide the energy to pain area and exit out of both ears.
- Ending self-treatment: After 5-20 minutes self-treatment, open your eyes , inhale, hands clasped and say, “Thank Grand Master” and ending meditation. Self-treatment can be done multiple times.
