Human Energy Meditation

Instructor:  Master Dean Shu

A student of this practice shall never seek to use these techniques on others for personal gain, monetary or otherwise.

Our belief:

Our universe contains an inexhaustible, life-sustaining energy that we unconsciously inhale and exhale throughout our daily lives.  It is our belief that through practicing human energy meditation – consciously directing this energy through a network of Energy Point locations – one can reduce the symptoms of illness and aging, improve the quality of sleep, restore equilibrium to one’s body, and generally improve one’s health.  Furthermore, we believe that a properly trained practitioner can channel this healing energy to others.

Three key meditation mindsets:

  • Be natural
  • Be at ease
  • Be joyous

Meditation preparation:

To improve energy interface, remove any eye glasses, watches, and jewelry. Power off any electronic devices such as television, computers, laptops, and cell phones, and keep them at a reasonable distance away from your body.  You are encouraged to sit barefoot, facing East and toward a window, keeping both feet flat on the ground while meditating.

Locations/conditions to avoid while meditating:

  1. Underneath large trees, especially cypresses and pines, as they absorb large amounts of energy.
  2. Inside bathrooms or meditating facing a bathroom or spa.
  3. Meditating while intoxicated.
  4. Practicing other meditation techniques simultaneously.

Major Energy Point locations:

Energy Point #6 : at the center of forehead

Energy Point #7 : at the crown of head

Energy Point #5 : on the spine behind the throat

Energy Point #4 : on the spine opposite the center of chest

Energy Point #3 : on the spine opposite the navel

Energy Point #2 : on the spine, one vertebra above the tailbone.
