General Information for student
Instructor: Master Dean Shu
- Human Energy Meditation is not intended to replace conventional medical treatment, however, it is our belief that through practicing human energy meditation – consciously directing this energy through a network of chakra locations – one can reduce the symptoms of illness and aging, improve the quality of sleep, restore equilibrium to one’s body, and generally improve one’s health. Furthermore, we believe that a properly trained practitioner can channel this healing energy to others.
- It is best to meditate sitting in a chair that allows your thigh and calve to form 90 degree angle, it is not required to be sitting cross-legged. You may lie down if health condition prevents you from sitting, however it is not recommended and the effect of the meditation will be reduced.
