Due to the quick spread of COVID-19 virus, the US government and CA government have declared the emergency status. In order to prevent the infection of virus, Human Energy Meditation has determined to close the Irvine, Hacienda, North Ridge and Mexico Tijuana Centers temporally until the virus under control or disappeared. All class will be postponed and the all HEM Centers will be closed until further notice.

HEM will post the news in HEM website if any HEM Center will be reopened. Please visit HEM website periodically for updated news. We sincerely hope all HEM brothers and sisters will continuously meditate at home to improve your immunize system and fight the virus. Hope we can reopen HEM Centers soon and have you to joint HEM meditation.

Human Energy Meditation (HEM) will hold a ‘Volunteers Advanced Test’ every year in mid-October. After passing the test, Master Shu and Master Su will open additional energy points to enhance the effectiveness of meditation. Those who have already qualified for the test must attend a sit-in pre-test at one of the centers for four continuous weeks before the test, and if there is any absence, he/she will be disqualified from the test.

In the official test, the advanced blue label must not interrupt the meditation for two hours; the advanced green label, must not interrupt the meditation for two hours, and then stand up for another hour and a half; and the advanced yellow label, must not interrupt the meditation for three hours, and then stand up for two hours.

The following are prerequisites for qualifying for the test:

I. Red label advanced to Blue label

1. Attendance rate of more than 50 percent during the year
2. Transfer energy to others during the year
3. The member must be recommended by one of leader of HEM

II. Blue label advanced to Green label

1. Attendance rate reached more than 70 percent during the year
2. Transfer energy to others during the year
3. Complete the Blue label special class
4. The member must be recommended by Master Shu or Master Su

III. Green label advanced to Yellow label

1. Attendance rate reached more than 80 percent during the year
2. Transfer energy to others during the year
3. Complete the Green label special class
4. The member must be recommended by Master Shu or Master Su

 The following exceptions do not count towards attendance

1. Unable to attend weekly meditation due to serious illness
2. A person who has a special contribution to the HEM organization and is confirmed by the Master
